How Memberships Work

- Can I hold more than one membership at a time?
Absolutely — and plenty of our members do. A facial every four weeks, laser every six is the ultimate maintenance combo. You'll get member pricing on every service you hold a membership for. - What if I need to skip a month?
After your first three months, you can pause your membership for up to 60 days a year. Just let us know in advance and we'll pause the billing. - Can I share my membership with a friend?
Memberships are non-transferable — but we'd love to set your favorite person up with their own. (Ask us about referral perks.) - Do unused sessions roll over?
Sessions are meant to be used within your billing cycle to keep you on your results timeline. If something comes up, call us — we'll always try to work with you. - Can I upgrade my Glow Pass facial to The Main Event?
Yes! Just pay the difference (roughly $86) and enjoy our premium experience at a member rate. - How does the laser credit on the Smooth Club work?
Your credit ($25) accrues with each month of membership and can be applied to any laser package or the VIP Laser Pass. Credits expire 12 months after they're earned, so use them before they age out. - Can I switch between Smooth Club tiers?
Yes — after your first three months you can switch from Bikini to Brazilian (or back) anytime with 30 days' notice. - Can I change my membership later?
